1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All products and services offered through our website are delivered digitally and include, but are not limited to:

  • Vehicle history reports

  • Market value analyses

  • Accident and history summaries

  • Vehicle verification details

  • Export/import records

  • Warranty and recall information

Because these are non-tangible, digital goods, all sales are final once the report is processed and delivered. No refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.


2. No Refunds for Customer Errors

Refunds will not be provided in cases where the error was caused by incorrect details submitted by the customer, including:

  • Incorrect Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

  • Typographical errors

  • Duplicate submissions

  • Misunderstanding the scope or purpose of our services

Please double-check your information before placing an order.


3. Exceptions to This Policy

In rare circumstances, we may offer a correction or redelivery of your order if:

  • Wrong Report Delivered: The report does not match the VIN you provided.

  • Incomplete or Corrupted Report: The delivered report is missing essential information or is inaccessible.

  • Report Not Delivered: Your report was not delivered within our standard timeframe (typically 7–10 hours) due to a system error on our end.

To request a correction or redelivery, please email us at info@globalvinaudit.com within 2 business days of receiving (or not receiving) your report.


4. Support & Technical Access Issues

If you encounter difficulty accessing or downloading your report, our support team will assist you in resolving the issue. However, as the product has already been delivered, such cases are not eligible for refunds.
Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting us.


5. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback after agreeing to our refund terms violates this policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback by providing proof of delivery and service fulfillment.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.


6. Agreement to This Policy

By placing an order with Global Vin Audit, you confirm that:

  • You understand and accept that our products are non-refundable digital goods.

  • All sales are final unless an error is made by our team.
